General Information

From what time can I check into my apartment (check-in time)?

Regular check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. If your apartment is ready earlier, you are welcome to move in sooner.

Check-out is scheduled until 10:00 AM.

Regular check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. If you are arriving after 8:00 PM, please let us know in advance. In this case, we will leave your key card in the key safe at the back of the house. You will receive the code to open it from us in advance.

Facilities & Services

Yes, all our apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave with baking function, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Yes, you can place your order at the reception until 6:00 PM. The fresh bread rolls will be delivered directly to your apartment in the morning.
Yes, all apartments are equipped with bed linen, an initial set of towels (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel per person), and kitchen towels.

Yes, a towel change is possible for a small service fee. You can request this service at the reception in the morning, and we will exchange the towels on the same day.

A filter coffee machine is available in every apartment. Please bring your preferred ground coffee with you.
Yes, a laundry service is available upon request. You can drop off and order your laundry at the reception in the morning. The cost of the service can be obtained directly from us on site.

Location & Surroundings

The ski bus stop is located only about 50 meters from our apartments. The ski bus is free of charge and takes you conveniently to all surrounding ski areas – including Kappl, See, Galtür, and the Silvretta ski area in Ischgl.

In summer, the use of regional buses is also free of charge for our guests, thanks to the included Silvretta Card Premium.

Yes, free parking spaces are available directly at the house for our guests.

Payment & Booking

The remaining balance can be paid on site. We accept EC/bank cards, Mastercard, Visa, and cash.

Our cancellation policy is based on our terms and conditions. Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. After that, staggered fees apply. You can find our full terms and conditions at the following link: Cancellation Policy

Wellness & Activities

There is no classic wellness area, but each apartment has a private infrared cabin where you can relax after an active day.

No, pets are not allowed in our apartments, as we strive to keep our accommodations allergy-friendly. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Yes, our guests receive a 20% discount on ski rentals at our partner shop. Additional discounts are available with the Silvretta Card Premium in summer.

Yes, as a Silvretta Card Premium partner business, the Silvretta Card Premium is already included in your stay during the summer season (June – October). You benefit from numerous advantages such as free use of all cable cars, regional buses, and the Silvretta High Alpine Road.
